
Ingredients
Wheat flour – 3 cup
Jaggery – One and half cup
Kismis – 15 no.
Cus Cus – two table spoon
Ghee – 12 table spoon
Water – one cup
Cardamom powder – quarter teaspoon
Oil – 10 table spoon
Nutmeg powder – two pinch
Method
In a vessel mix the wheat flour with oil and rub nicely. Pour water and Kneed hard. Make small balls and spread like thick chappathi. Heat the chappathi pan and cook the cahppathi on both side until it is brown in colour. Grind this in mixer grinder and keep aside. Pour this powder into a bowl and mix ghee, powdered jaggery, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, kismis and mix thoroughly and form into small balls like laddu and roll in the cus cus.
