Condensed milk – 1 tea spoon
Milk – 2 cup
Gelatin – 2 ½ table spoon
Coco powder – 4 table spoon
Whipped cream – 1 ½ cup
Vanilla essence – ½ tea spoon

Method of preparation

Take one cup of hot milk and put the coco powder into it and double boil it. Soak the gelatin in water for ten minutes then pour it into the hot water stir and melt. Then pour the melted gelatin into the chocolate milk mix. Add the remaining one cup of milk, milk maid , essence and mix it well. Add the whipped cream into and stir slowly and mix. Later pour this mix into the pudding tray , cool it . Chocolate souffle is ready to serve.
