1. Biscuit – 12
2. Coco Powder – 2 table spoon
3. Sugar powder – 150 gram
4. Milk Powder – 100 gram
5. Grated coconut – one half
6. Ghee – 1 tea spoon
7. Milk – ¼ cup
Method of preparation
Powder the biscuits in a mixer. add coco powder , half portion of powdered sugar and half portion of milk and knead it to make a dough. Grind the grated coconut in a mixer. add the remaining portion of the sugar powder , milk powder and knead it to a dough. The dough should be kneaded with the moisture of the coconut itself. Take two plastic cover and grease it with ghee . Put the biscuit mix into one cover and spread it with the chappathi roll. On the other one spread the grinded coconut mix . Place the milk powder coconut mix above the biscuit coco powder mix. Remove the plastic cover from the top portion. Roll both the portions in the cover and keep it in freezer with the plastic cover for two hour. After that take out from freezer and remove the plastic cover and cut it in one inch.
