1. Milk, Whip cream – 500 gm each
2. Sugar, Dark chocolate – 100 gm each
3. Custard powder – 30gm
4. Gelatin – 40gm

Boil the milk and add sugar to it. Add the custard milk to 200 ml of water. Add this to the milk. Condense this milk by heating it. Add gelatin added in water to this.Add chocolate pieces to this and cool it. Beat the cream well and add to the custard. Cool it in the fridge for 3 hours, add cream and chocolate pieces and decorate and serve.
