Milk – 2 cup
Milk powder – 1 tea spoon
Chocolate ( grated) – 1 cup
Sugar – ½ cup
Pista – cut into small pieces – little

Method of preparation

Mix the milk powder with milk thoroughly. Pour this milk into a thick vessel and boil it. Can add sugar. Boil the milk till it becomes thick and reduce into one third portion. Add grated chocolate into it and mix
Boil this again. When it get thickened , add pista and mix. then remove it from the stove. Pour this into a pan and cool it by keeping in refrigerator. After one hour take out from the fridge and beat it in a blender. Later pour this into kulfi moulds and freeze it.
