Milk – 3 cup
Egg – 4 ( if the egg are small then take 5)
Sugar – 2 tea spoon
Cocoa or drinking chocolate – 2 table spoon
Vanilla essence – 1 tea spoon

To prepare caramel

Sugar – 3 table spoon
Water – 2 tables spoon

Method of preparation

First prepare caramel. Take sugar and two table spoon of water and boil. when it becomes brown colour transfer the content to a vessel. Take another vessel and mix the egg and milk. Beat it very well so that the foam will be formed. Then add cocoa powder or drinking chocolate and mix. The add vanilla essence and pour this into the prepared caramel mix. Then place the butter paper above it (you can also use aluminum foil paper) . keep this in a steamer and steam it.
