
Ingredients
Cherupayar ( Green Gram ) – 3 cup
Sugar – 2 cup
Milk – 1 cup
Ghee – 1 cup
Cashew nut – 100 gram
Cardamom powder – ¼ spoon
Method of preparation
Clean the Cherupayar Parippu ( Green Gram) and roast . Then cook it by adding water. Take a vessel and add the milk and sugar and boil. When it start boiling add the cooked parippu and stir it Continuously . When it get thickened add the cardamom powder. Take a vessel and rub it with Ghee. When the mix comes to the stage of halwa , take out from the stove and transfer into the ghee rubbed vessel. Fry the cashew nut in ghee and can put it above the halwa. Then take a spoon and press it softly. When it get cooled , you can cut it any required shape.
