Cake ( ghee cake ) – 500 gram
Orange juice – ½ cup
Fresh cream – 400 gram
Cheese spread – 400 gram
Milk – ½ cup
Sugar – 6 table spoon
Lemon juice – 1 table spoon
Gelatine – 90 gram
Water – ½ cup
Vanilla essence – 1 tea spoon
Pine apple – 1 tin
Pineapple jelly – 1 packet

Method of preparation
Spread the butter paper on the cake tray. Spread the powdered cake mixture into it. Pour the orange juice above it and cool it by keeping in refrigerator. Dissolve the gelatine into the half cup of boiled water. Beat the ingredients from three to seven. Add the dissolved gelatine and vanilla essence into it. Pour this mixture into the cooled cake tray and refrigerate for half an hour. After that spread the pineapple above it. Then above that pour the prepared jelly. Again keep this in the refrigerator for half an hour more to get cooled. Can take out from the fridge and can cut and serve.
