Ingredients:

Chauvari – 100gm
Sugar – 3 tbsp
Coconut (Karikku) – 1 cup
Water – 1 1/2 cup
Coconut milk (boiled) – 1/2 cup

Preparation:

Cook well the chauvari in water and when it condenses, add sugar and cook for 5 more minutes. Add the coconut(karikku) to this, mix and then remove from flame. When it cools off, add the coconut milk, keep for some time and then serve.
