Suji – 2 cup
Coconut – one half
Chakka varattiyathu – 2 table spoon
Jaggery syrup – as required for sweetness
Cardamom powder – 1 table
Water – as required
Banana leaf – cut into small size

Method of Preparation

Take suji , grated coconut , chakka varatti, jaggery syrup, cardamom powder and mix it well by hand. Sprinkle water little by little and make make it to become thick batter. Take the banana leaf and make it into cone size and pour little batter into it and press the outer portion of the leaf with the hand and steam it.
