Ingredients:
Egg – 10
Carrot – 1/2 kg
Milk Powder – 150 gm
Sugar – 100 gm
Cardomom – 2
Ghee – as needed

Preparation method:
Cook the carrot well. Add the eggs, milk powder, sugar, cardamom and cooked carrot into a mixer grinder and grind well. Add some ghee to a pan, pour the mixture on the pan and cook for 20 minutes.
