Ingredients
1. Carrot-grated 2 cups
2. Milk-4 table spoon
3.Sugar- 6 table spoon
4.Ghee- 4 spoon
5. Cardamom powdered- i pinch
6.Cashew nuts-10 no.s
Method: In a pressure cooker ,cook the carrot in milk till two whistles.After cooling put this in a non stick pan and dry the water on heating.Add sugar and once it gets melted add ghee. As it starts coming out from the sides of the pan with out sticking , add cardamom powder mix well.Get the cashews roasted in ghee and decorate with that.
