1.Carrot – 250 gram
2.Egg – 6 nos
3.Sugar – 100 gram
4.Milk powder – 3 table spoon
5.Vanilla essence – ¼ tea spoon
6.Cashew nut, Kismis – 20 gram

Method of preparation

Clean the carrot well and peel off the outer skin of the carrot. After cleaning make the carrot into small pieces. add little water and pressure cook . cook the carrot piece till one whistle comes . on getting cooled Grind the , the cooked carrot pieces by adding egg , sugar , milk powder, and vanilla essence and make a fine paste. Take a flat frying pan and heat some oil and ghee. Add the grinded paste into the pan. Cook the same in the low flame for fifteen minutes, when it get half cooked spread the cashew nut, and kismis.
