Carrot – ½ Kilo
Grated Coconut – 2 cp
Sugar – 3 cup
Milk – ½ Litre
Ghee – 5 table spoon
Cardamom powder – 1 tea spoon
Vanilla essence – ½ tea spoon
Cashew nut – 6

Method of preparation

Peel of the skin of carrot. Fry the cashew nut in ghee. Boil the milk without adding water. When the milk start to get boiled add the grated coconut into it and stir it continuously. Later add the grated coconut . besides this also add sugar, Keep on stirring it , Cook till all the moisture from mixture evaporates. Add the ghee , cardamom powder, and cashew nut and mix. Add the vanilla essence.
Take one flat vessel and spread some ghee into it. Put the carrot mixture into the vessel. Now you can cut it in the required shape. Carrot burfi is ready to serve.
