Ingredients:

Sooji – 125gm
Sugar – 125gm
Ghee – 100 gm
Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp
Almond (cut to thin pieces) – 5

Preparation:
Soak sooji in water for 3 to 4 hours. Add ghee in a pan and heat it. Add sugar to it and sort slowly. When the sugar attains golden brown colour, remove from flame. Strain the water from the sooji well. Add cocoa powder to it. Add this to the sugar – ghee mixture and stir slowly keeping in low flame. Add almond and decorate. Serve the halwa in the desired shape and serve.
