Maida – 2 ¼ cup
Butter – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 ½ cup
Vanilla essence – 1 ½ cup
Baking powder – 1 tea spoon
Soda powder – ½ tea spoon
Orange juice – 1 tea spoon
Sugar syrup – as required
Cashew nut pieces – little
Kismis – little
Egg – 3

Method of preparation
Take maida , baking powder and soda powder and grind it to make a soft paste. Then add butter and sugar powder and beat it by using a beater. Then add egg one by one and join it by beating it. Add the prepared maida little by little with a spoon and mix. Add the caramel as required for colour. Then add the orange juice and vanilla essence and mix. Once you finish with mixing , in order to maintain the thin consistency, can add little milk. Then add kismis, cashew nut and mix. Grease the baking tray with butter and spread the flour, then pour the cake mix into it and bake it in 190 degree heat.
