Brown sugar – ½ cup
Corn flour – 2 table spoon + 2 tea spoon
Salt – one pinch
Milk – 2 cup
Egg yolk – 2 nos
Butter – 1 table spoon
Vanilla Essence – ½ tea spoon

Method or preparation

In a sauce pan take brown sugar, corn flour, salt and add milk and egg yolk and mix well. Boil it in medium flame. Then again reduce the flame and boil for two more minutes till the gravy get thickened . Remove it from the stove and add butter and vanilla essence and mix. stir it continuously till it get cooled. Transfer the content into the desert dish and close it with Cling Film for two hours and keep it in refrigerator for two hours
