
Ingredients
Milk Bread – 1 packet
Almonds (Badam) – 12
Cashew nut – 12
Cardamom – 6
Sugar – 1 cup
Ghee – 1 cup
Milk – ½ liter
Method of preparation
Make the bread into small pieces. Remove the thick sides. Heat ghee in a pan and when it get heated add almonds, and cashew and fry. When it get fried remove it from the pan and keep it aside. Put the bread pieces into the ghee and fry it . when the bread pieces becomes light brown colour remove it from the pan and keep separate. Take a small portion of fried almond and cashew and keep it separate. Add the cardamom and little water into the remaining nuts and grind it to make paste. Boil the milk and dissolve the sugar . add the almond and cashew paste into it and mix well. add the fried bread pieces and stir well. when it get thickened and form the halwa remove from the stove. Decorate it with cashew nut and almonds and raisins
