Ingredients

1. Bread – 8 – 10 pieces
2. Milk powder – 2 big spoon
3. Luke warm milk , sugar – 1 cup each
4. Coconut oil – ½ cup
5. Water – ¾ cup
6. Cardamom – ¾ nos powdered

Method of preparation

Cut off the four sides of the bread ( that is the hard portions) and add the milk powder and luke warm milk and knead it to a soft dough. Don’t press it so hard while kneading it. Take the small portions of the dough and make into small balls and fry it in hot oil till it becomes light brown colour. Take out the fried balls from the flame and put in the Prepared syrup ( prepared using sugar water and cardamom powder) for 2 to 3 hours and can serve.
