
Ingredients
Maida ( All purpose flour) – 1 cup
Sugar – ¾ cup
Curd – ½ cup
Egg – 1 no
Cocoa powder – 1/3 cup
Butter – ¼ cup ( if you prefer)
Baking powder – ½ tea spoon
Soda Powder – 1 tea spoon
Method of preparation:
Put all the ingredients together and blend it in a mixer to become a batter for 2 minutes. Pour this batter in the Pyrex dish and bake it in 400 degree Celsius for 8 minutes. Cake is ready.
