
Ingredients
1. grated coconut – 2
2. Jaggery – 5-00 gram
3. Banana – 2
4. Green millet ( Moong dal) – 100 gram
5. Cardamom – 4
6. Ghee – 2 spoon
Method of preparation
Make the jaggery into syrup. The add the grated coconut into the syrup and fry well. Add the Banana cut pieces into it. While the coconut get dried add the fried green millet (moong dal) and roast again . Once the mix get separated from the vessel, add the ghee, cardamom powder and switch off the stove. Remove it from the stove and take small portions of it and make small balls .
