
Ingredients
Beetroot ( grated) – 2
Ghee – 2 ½ table spoon
Milk – 1 ½ cup
Condensed milk – ½ cup
Sugar – 2 table spoon
Cardamom powder – ½ tea spoon
Cashew nut ( fried in ghee) – 1 tea spoon
Badam (almonds) – 1 table spoon
Pista – to decorate
Method of preparation
Take a pressure cooker and heat. Add little ghee into it. then add the grated beetroot. Fry it in ghee for ten minutes. Later add milk. Close the lid and cook . after getting one whistle switch off the stove and keep it aside till it get cooled. Later open and add the remaining milk into it and keep it in the stove till the water particles get drained out. Then add condensed milk, sugar. When it get heated add the cashew nut, cardamom powder into it and can take out from the stove. can serve hot.
