Beetroot – grated – one cup
Grated coconut – 1 cup
Sugar – one cup
Ghee – 2 tea spoon
Vanilla Essence – ¼ tea spoon

Method of preparation

Crush the grated coconut and beetroot. Take a Bottom thick vessel and put the crushed beetroot and coconut. Add sugar into it and cook. When it get cooked add ghee and vanilla essence and remove from the flame. Grease one plate with ghee and transfer the content into it and press it with palms. When it get cooled you can cut and serve
