Banana – 4 nos
Maida – 1 cup
Milk – 3 cup
Sugar – 3 tea spoon
Egg yolk – 2
Cream – 2 Tea spoon
Butter – 1 tea spoon
Vanilla Essence

Method of preparation

Take a bowl put maida . salt and Sugar and mix well. Pour milk into the mix. Mix this well . Keep this mixture on the stove and make it a thick batter. Continuously stir the mixture . when the mixture get some what thicker you can remove from the flames

In a separate vessel take egg yolk, butter, cream and mix till it become softer. Add this egg yolk mix into the earlier prepared maida batter and heat it for some time. While heating don’t forget to stir it. Can remove from the stove after adding vanilla essence to this .

By this time cook the banana by crushing to paste. Pour little banana paste into a bowl . Add the earlier prepared mixture above and pour the balance banana paste on top. Keep it in refrigerator to cool.
On getting cooled take out decorate with cherry , wafer and can serve
