Ingredients:
Plantain
Egg
Sugar
Cardamom Powder
Ghee
Milk
Cashew, Kismis
Oil

Preparation:
Heat a vessel adding oil to it. Cook cut plantain pieces adding to this. Beat 2 eggs in another plate and add 1/2 tbsp jeera powder, 1 tbsp milk and 1 tbsp sugar to this. Place a dosa stove on stove, place a non stick vessel on top of it. This is done so that heat gets spread evenly. Spread ghee all over the plate. When the plate becomes hot, pour the egg mixture into it. On top of it add the cooked plantain. To this add the cashew and kismis fried in ghee and cook the mixture closed for about 15 minutes. Transfer this to another flat plate. When it cools off cut and serve.
