Maida – 1 cup
Ghee – 1/8 cup
Sugar – ¾ cup
Soda powder – one pinch
Coconut oil –

Method of preparation

Take maida, ghee, soda powder add little hot water and knead this to a soft dough. Take a flat vessel add oil and heat it in low flame. Take the dough and knead well and make small balls out of the dough. Each ball should be pressed in the middle with your finger to make a hole like impression. When the oil is hot enough just put the patties in oil and keep in medium flame and allow the badhushas to cook nicely. Fry it till it get golden brown colour. When the badhushas are fried nicely and it becomes golden brown colour remove the fried badhushas and put it in sugar syrup. Remove the soaked badhushas from sugar syrup and place it in a plate and allow to cool.
