Ingredients

Badam ( almonds) – 200 gram
Sugar – 50 gram
Cardamom – 50 gram
Ghee – 100 gram
Little badam chopped into pieces.

Method of preparation
Boil badam (almonds) in water for five minutes. Later remove the skin from it and powder it in a mixer roughly.

Boil ghee in a pan. Later add the badam powder into it and stir well. It should be stirred for some time. Add sugar, cardamom powder into it and mix. When the mixture gets cooled, make small balls out of it . Badam laddu is ready.
