Badam – 250 gram
Sugar – ¾ cup
Food colour ( yellow) – one pinch
Badam essence – 4 drops
Silver foil to decorate
Ghee – 2 table spoon

Method of preparation

Soak the badam in hot water for ten minutes. Later remove the skin from the badam. Rub out the total water by using a towel. Heat ghee in a pan. Add the badam and fry.( it should be fried in low flame and should make sure the colour of badam is not getting loose.) Allow it to cool. After cooling powder it by using a mixer. transfer the content to a bowl. After that add food colour and badam essence and mix well.
Take a pan and add sugar and water and make a syrup. Add the prepared badam mixture into the syrup and mix well. ( should stir till it become thick). Transfer this into a bowl greased with oil. Grease the chappathi roll with ghee. Spread the badam mixture with the roll. ( this process is to make it unique in size). Decorate it with silver foil an cut it and serve.
