Milk – 3 cup
Badam (almonds) – 15
Jaggery powder – 4 table spoon
Rice – ¼ cup
Cardamom powder – ½ tea spoon
Pannier – 1 tea spoon

Method of preparation

Soak the rice in water. Then drain out the water and grind it. then powder the badam (almonds).
Take a thick bottom pan and boil the milk. Add the rice paste into it and mix. Stir it continuously till the mixture get thickened.
Add cardamom powder, jaggery powder into it and cook it for five more minutes in low flame.
Add badam powder into it. then remove it from the flames and when gets cooled keep it in refrigerator for cooling and serve. Don’t keep it in freezer.
