Apple (sliced)- 1
Milk – 1/2 ltr
Milkmaid – 1/2 ltr
Sugar – as needed
China Grass – 10 gms

Boil the milk. When it begins to boil, add milkmaid into it and boil for 5 – 6 minutes.Add sugar if needed.Remove the boiled milk from the flame.Boil some water in a bowl and insert a bowl of china grass soaked in water into it and do the double boiling.Mix the china grass to the milk-milkmaid mixture and mix them in a mixi.This merges the milk and the china grass well.Add the sliced apple into this and refrigerate.Decorate the pudding with some cashew nuts or almonds fried in RKG ghee.
