Ingredients:
Apple – 1/2 kg
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Condensed milk – 1/2 tin
Milk – 1 cup
Jaathika powder – a pinch
Beated egg – 2

Preparation:
Cut the apple to small pieces. Boil apple and sugar in half cup of water. Add milk and egg together and add to this. Brush ghee to a plate and pour the mixture to this plate. Add jaathika powder. Serve hot or chilled.
