Ingredients:
Flour – 1/2 kg
Sugar – 1/2 kg
Ghee – 1/2 kg
Egg – 1/2 kg
Apple Pulp – 200 gm
Cashewnuts – 100 gm
Raisins – 100 gm
Tutti fruti – 100 gm
Orange skin – little
Baking Powder – 1 1/2 tbsp
Milk – 1 1/2 cup
Cake Jeera – pinch
Vanilla essence – 1 tbsp
Jaathika – 1/2 tbsp

Procedure:
Add flour and baking powder and mix. Add sugar and ghee to this and add well. Beat it until it becomes soft. Add yellow part of the eggs one by one. Add milk and apple pulp to it. Then add Jaathika powder, jeera powder, tutti fruti, orange skin and vanilla essence. Add ghee to the baking pan and transfer the mix into it and bake for 40 minutes in 200 degree.
