Coco powder – 2 table spoon
Almond (Badam) cut into very small pieces – one handful
Butter – 50 gram
Sugar – 1 cup
Milk powder – 1 cup
Vanilla essence – 2 drop
Water – ¾ cup

Method of preparation

Dissolve the sugar in the chocolate molded water and boil it for five minute in low flame. When it get thickened remove from the flames and add immediately milk powder and mix well. After mixing add coco powder and butter and mix. then add vanilla essence and mix. it will be good if you blend this in a blender. Later add almonds and mix. transfer the content to a chocolate bowl and freeze it for 45 minutes in a refrigerator.
