1.Rice – 500 gram
2.Tuvar dal – 150 gram
3.Green gram ( cherupayar) – 150 gram
4.Urud dal – 150 gram
5.Salt – as required
6.Shallots – 6
7.Hing – ¼ tea spoon
8.Green chillies – 6
9.Coconut – ½ portion
10.Curry leaves – little

Method of preparation

1.Soak the rice in hot water
2.Soak the urud dal, cherupayar, and thuvar dal in water.
3. After three hours grind the rice and all the dal’s together.
4. Add green chilly, hing, red chilly into the batter.
5.Add grated coconut, curry leaves, coriander leaves into the batter and mix well. then add salt and water into it and knead.
6.Heat a dosa pan . grease it with oil and pour spoon full of batter into it and spread round. flip the sides and Cook, can serve hot
