Grain powder – 2/3 portion of one cup
Appakaram – ¼ tea spoon
Salt – ¼ tea spoon
Egg – 4
Sugar – ¾ cup
Chocolate without sweetness – 3 pieces
Water – 2 table spoon

For filling
Whipped cream – 280 milli
Icing sugar – 2 table spoon
Vanilla – 1 tea spoon
Icing butter 1/3 portion of one cup
Icing sugar – 2 cup
Coco – ¼ cup
Milk – 2 table spoon
Vanilla – ½ tea spoon

Method of preparation

In order to make the cake : Pre heat the oven into 350 degree. Take the Jelly roll pan with 15 : 10 inch and grease it with ghee. Spread the wax paper into it and grease it with ghee. Knead the grain flour , appakaram and required salt. Beat the eggs for five minutes and keep it aside. While beating add sugar slowly into it till soft and light. Heat the chocolate and add water into it and pour the same into the flour mix. Transfer the mix into the readied pan and spread it all over the pan. Bake it for 15 – 17 minutes. Then remove it from the oven and transfer the cake into the sprinkled icing sugar tea towel. Remove the wax paper and correct the cake shape with your hand. Roll the cake with the tea towel and keep it for cooling.

For filling : Beat the whipping cream well, icing sugar and vanilla till it become soft. Once the cake completely gets cools spread the icing all over the cake. Then roll it without towel.
