Tomato – ½ kilo
Carrot – 1
Beet root – 1
Onion – 1
Garlic – 3 cloves
Salt – as required
Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon

To prepare white sauce

Butter – 1 table spoon
Maida – 1 table spoon
Milk – 1 cup

Method of preparation

Take a pan, and Melt the butter in low flame. Add the maida and stir it without forming lumps, when you get the fried smell add the milk. Then add the required water and make it in sauce form. Then remove from the stove.
Take a pressure cooker, Pour little water. Add carrot, beetroot, onion , garlic and boil . Keep it for cooling. Then grind it in a mixer. add pepper powder, salt and prepared white sauce into it and boil in low flame. stir continuously and when it get thickened you can remove from the flame and can serve hot.
