Cabbage, Spinach, Radish, Beans , Carrot,
( chopped into small Pieces ) – 250 gram

Onion – sliced long – ¼ cup
Ginger – Chopped – 1 tea spoon
Curry leaves – 1 strip
Coriander leaves – little
Maida – all purpose flour – ½ tea spoon
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Cook the Vegetables for 20 Minutes in low flame by one cup of water. On getting cooked add little water and filter it and take out the thick juice by using a big holed filter. Add ¼ cup of water to the Maida and add it to the vegetable juice and cook it till it get thickened. Add required salt and pepper powder and can use.
