Palak – 200 gram
Cumin seed – ¼ tea spoon
Oil – 2 table spoon
Onion – 1
Green chilly – 1
Garlic – ½ tea spoon
Cooking cream – 2 table spoon
Turmeric powder – little
Cumin powder – ½ tea spoon
Kasoori methi – two pinch
Salt – as required
Carrot – 1
Beans – 4
Cauli flower – 5 pieces

Method of preparation

Boil the palak by adding water. When it gets cooled beat it in a mixer. Take carrot, beans and chop it into small pieces. Then boil it and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seed and allow to splutter. Add onion , green chilly, garlic and saute. Later add little turmeric powder and add the palak paste into it and sauté. Later add required water , and all the ingredients except cream and the cooked vegetables into it and boil. When the gravy gets thickened pour the cream and mix and remove from the stove. can serve hot.
