Ingredients:
Mushroom : 4, 5
Carrot – 1
Capsicum – 1/2
Spinach – 10
Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Red chilly – 1
Oil – 4, 5 tbsp
Vegetable stock – 4, 5 cup
Noodles (cooked) – 400 gm
White Pepper – 1/4 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Salt – as needed

Preparation:
Cut the carrot, mushroom and capsicum in long pieces. Grind the garlic and keep aside. Add oil to a pan and add garlic paste to it. Saute well. Add red chilly, carrot, mushroom, to this and saute well for 2 minutes. Add the vegetable stock and let it boil. Add the noodles to this and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add spinach leaves, salt and white pepper to this, cook for another 1 minute and serve.
