
Ingredients
Pindi – 6
Green chilly – 4
Coconut – ½ portion
Mustard seed – ½ tea spoon
Shallots – 2 cloves
Thick curd ( without sourness) – 1 cup
Salt – as required
Curry leaves – 2 strip
Coconut oil – 1/s spoon
Method of preparation
Cut the vazhapindi into small pieces and remove the thread like thing from that. Following that drain out the water. Grind the green chilly , coconut , shallots and add the crushed mustard into it. Then add the spluttered mustard see and curry leaves. Vazhapindi Pachadi is ready
