Soaked Vanpayar – ½ cup
Grated coconut = ½ cup
Tomato – 1
Chilly powder – 1 table spoon
Coriander powder – 1 table spoon
Mustard seed – 1 table spoon
Gingerly oil – 1 table spoon
Shallots – cut long – 6 cloves

Method of preparation

Grind the Coconut, tomato , chilly powder, coriander powder together to make a paste.
Heat gingerly oil and when it gets heated add the mustard seed and allow to splutter. Add shallots and fry. Then add curry leaves and fry. Add required salt and water and cook the Soaked Venpayar. Then add the coconut paste and when it get heat remove from the stove. Can serve
