Ingredients

Chopped Tomato – 5 cup
Moong dal ( cherupayar parippu) – ¼ cup
Onion – ½ cup
Milk – 1 cup
Butter – 1 tea spoon
Salt
Coriander leaves,
Pepper powder
Method of preparation
Take a pressure cooker. Add tomato, moong dal and little water . Pressure cook it. This should get cooked till it get smashed.
After cooking smash it by using a spoon. Heat butter in a pan. Add onion into it and fry. When it get fried and become light brown
Colour, add the prepared mix into it stir well. later add milk into it and again stir. Keep stirring it continuously for some time.
When it comes to the stage of soup add salt . pepper powder and coriander leaves. Can serve hot
