Ingredients

1. Thazhuthama Leaves – As required
2. Green Chilly – Two
3. Coconut, grated – 3 Table spoon
4. Turmeric powder – One teaspoon
5. Cumin seed – One pinch
6. Small onion – Two
7. Salt – as required
8. Mustard seed – One teaspoon
9. Curry leaves – One petal
10. Coconut oil – One table spoon

Method

Wash the leaves and drain the water well. Shred the leaves nicely. Break mustard seed in heated oil and add into it crushed ingredients from 2 to 6 and add the leaves. Add salt and let it cook in its steam.
