
Ingredients
1.Coconut grated – 1 cup
2.Thazhuthamayila – 10 -15
3.Raw mango ( chopped into small pieces ) – ¼ cup
4.Shallots – 2
5. Dried chilly – 4 – 5
6.Salt – as required
Method of preparation
Grind the raw mango, shallots, dried chilly and grated coconut into rough paste. Add Thazhuthamayila and salt and grind it again to become paste. Thazhuthamayila is the herb which has the medicinal quality. The chammanthi of this herb is very good for health.
