
Ingredients
Pappadam – 5
Coconut oil – as required
Kanthari Mulaku – 3
Shallots – 50 gram
Rice soup (kanjivellam) – 1 cup
Method of preparation
Roast the papadam over the flame. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seed and chopped shallots and fry. Then add the rice soup and allow it to boil. Then add slit green chillies. When it get boiled add the crushed roasted pappadam into it.
