Tomato – 4
Onion – 2
Green chilly – 3
Coconut grated – ½ cup
Chilly powder – ¾ tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Mustard seed – 1 tea spoon
Curry leaves
Coconut oil

Method of preparation

Boil coconut oil in a pan. Add mustard seed into it and make it to splutter. Then add chopped tomato, slit green chilly,into it. then add little water and boil.
Later add the chopped onions into it and mix. Add grated coconut and curry leaves and mix. Add salt and masala powder into it and mix. Then close the lid and cook. When the gravy gets thickened you can remove from the stove and can serve
