Cashew nut – 50 gram
Kovakka ( ivy gourd ) – 25
Grated coconut – 1 cup
Garlic crushed – 6
Oil – 1 tea spoon
Sugar – one pinch

Method of preparation

Cut the ivy gourd ( kovakka) and keep it aside.cook the kovakka by adding cashew nut and required water and salt. heat oil in a pan and add the fourth mentioned ingredients after crushing into it. add the grated coconut and half table spoon of vegetable powder into it .
