Cabbage, small – one
Potato – three
Onion – one
Tomato – two
Ginger-garlic paste – one teaspoon
Cumin powder – 2 teaspoon
Coriander powder – one teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
Green chilly paste – 1 teaspoon
Garam masala powder – half teaspoon
Salt, Cumin, bay leaf, coriander leaf – as required


Wash cabbage well and slice finely. Skin out potato and slice into long pieces. Heat oil in a pan and break cumin seed. Add potato and fry for three minutes. Add onion, ginger-garlic paste and chilly paste. Add tomato and spice powder and salt, then stir well. Add the cabbage and close the lid. Cook until the gravy thickens. Garnish with coriander leaves.
