( soak the tamarind in water and later squeeze the juice and keep it aside. Then take a tomato and squeeze out the juice and add it into the tamarind juice and mix)
Take a pan and pour this mixture into it . then add the following ingredients
Cumin seed – 1 table spoon
Pepper – 2 table spoon
Garlic – 2 cloves
Green chilly – 1
crush the above ingredients and add it into the mixture. Then also add half tea spoon of turmeric powder and required salt and boil it. when it gets boiled add the coriander leaves. Heat oil in a separate pan. Add mustard seed and dried chilly and make it splutter. Then add the spluttered mix into the rasam. ( make sure you are adding more pepper into it than chilly. )
