Soya Chunks – 10
Ginger – Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Green chilly – 4
Savala – 1
Corriander leaves
Curd – 2 tbsp
Chilly powder – 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala powder – 1 tbsp
Pepper powder – 1 tbsp

Soak the soya in water for 10 minutes. Marinate the soya chunks after straining the water with salt and ginger garlic paste. Make a paste out of Savala, green chilly and corriander leaves. Add curd to this and then cover the soya with this paste. Pre heat the oven to 200 degree and place the soya chunks placed in baking tray in the oven. Bake in 60 percent power for 10 minutes and serve hot.
